Processing Times

  • All items are laser-engraved within 4-5 business day of your order and dispatched the following business day. Shipped From Ireland. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracked parcel shows no movement for 3 calendar days please email support@celticlaserworks.com so we can file a carrier claim or send a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we specialise in made-to-order, personalised items, most purchases are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a workmanship error. This exception is permitted under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive for goods “made to the consumer’s specifications”.
The general 30-day return template below therefore applies only to non-custom merchandise (e.g. blank accessories, un-engraved gift boxes).

Eligibility Checklist

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. Submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

  2. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  3. Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Personalised items are eligible only if:

  • The engraving differs from the text you supplied, or

  • The product arrives damaged in transit (photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).

How to Start a Return

Email returns@celticlaserworks.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item name(s)

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is faulty or damaged

 

Return Shipping

  • Faulty/incorrect items: we provide a prepaid An Post label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

  • Change-of-mind returns on non-custom goods: you pay return shipping; original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed without seeing the refund, contact us.
